Life Should Mean Life Or The Absence Of Life

Shaun Clarke, 44 has been under supervision since being released from Sudbury Open prison, Derbyshire, 16 years into a life sentence for a murder in 1987. He was released in May 2003. Maybe its just me but life should mean life, if they can't hold them for that long then execute them, its as simple as that.
Shaun Clarke stayed good (as far as we know) for less than 3 years.
Donna Wilson went to Burton Police Station on Saturday, 13th January 2007 to make a complaint against Shaun Clarke of common assault and theft. They knew each other but weren't in a relationship.
Paramedics were called to St Stephen's Court in Burton, Staffs, on Sunday night and found the stabbed and injured 30-year-old woman. Miss Wilson died on Monday morning.
Staff at Branston Water Park near Burton later found the body of a 44-year-old Burton man in woodland. Police are treating the woman's death as murder but believe the man's death was not suspicious.
The police contacted both parties shortly before the stabbing took place to check on the situation , didn't do much good now really.
This is what happens when you give the violent offenders leeway, they slip through the cracks and offend again. You get some bleeding heart on the probation board that is easily fooled and won't have to bother with this person ever again. Lets give them a second chance, unlike the person he killed who gets no more chances.
The Police were as usual slack but its the whole system I'm disappointed in and I'm sure Ms Wilson is too.
