Angelika Kluk Last year the raped and murdered body of a 23 year old Polish student Angelika Kluk was found hidden doon a trapdoor in St Patrick's Roman Catholic Church in Anderston, Glasgow.
She was gagged with cloth and tape, her hands tied with cable and raped, her her skull smashed in with a piece of wood or something similar, stabbing her 16 times in the chest and inflicting other knife injuries.
Peter Tobin the 60 year old handyman for St Patrick's Church, Anderston, Glasgow was charged with the rape and murder of 23 year old Polish student Angelika Kluk. The judge said he should serve no less than 21 years.
Tobin is the perfect example for the death penalty only his age gives any satisfaction to this sentence.In 1993 he raped one 14 year old gurl and assaulted another, he was released in 2004, why? I ask.
Dinah McNicol and Vicky HamiltonSince his incarceration its been found that Tobin has murdered 15 year old Vicky Hamilton and 18 year old Dinah McNicol at a house he once lived in at Margate around 1991, their bodies were just found earlier this month.
Tobin now 61 was recently assaulted by a 21 year old in-mate at Saughton Prison in Edinburgh and was moved to the protection wing.
Now look what keeping people like Tobin alive does. Fuck it makes me angry, give me one good reason not to kill them.
